Parasailing

What You Should Know About Parasailing

Parascending and parasailing are activities that operate similarly but with some key differences. Both involve embarking on a vessel while tethered to an anchor point to return to shore. However, there are several notable distinctions between the two activities. Parasailing is a leisure activity in which participants are attached to a harness, lifted by a kite or parachute, and flown above water. The person is secured with a rope in case they fall overboard.

Parascending operates in much the same way except for one critical difference; instead of being lifted by a kite or parachute, the participant ascends using compressed air as the primary lifting force.

Goa darling provides the best features with the best watersports in Goa. Like Parasailing, also known as parascending, paraskiing or parakiting, is a recreational kiting activity where a person is towed behind a vehicle while attached to a specially designed canopy wing that resembles a parachute, known as a parasail wing. The manned kite’s moving anchor may be a car, truck, or boat. The harness attaches the occupant to the parasail, which is connected to the boat, or land vehicle, by the tow rope. The vehicle then drives off, carrying the parascending (or wing) and person into the air. If the boat is powerful enough, two or three people can parasail behind it at the same time. We are also offering some special discounts on the water activities for the group travelers and family groups. We can also customize your preferred Goa package with the water activities you prefer.
